Rossi, 41, and Smiley first unveiled her maternity from the medical practioners in December, which they reached after having a vasectomy reversal on Smiley’s part and multiple rounds of in vitro fertilization (IVF). It’s been a long road to motherhood for the previous Bravo character and Smiley, whom celebrated a decade together the 2009 February.
